Why you could never shut me up.

Being brought up in the rural countryside on a little island called Ireland the TV became my best friend. I would spend my time mimicking every cartoon character annoying the head off my family, I would inject my own voice into games that were lacking them or even to find every little chance to give in to my imagination and roleplay all the eccentric characters in my head. My vocal development started early and growing up in the early 2000s I was spoiled for choice with roles models such as Tom Kenny (Spongebob), Richard Steven Horvitz(Invader Zim), Tara Strong(Teen Titans), and Phil LaMarr(Samurai Jack) to name a few, my fate was pretty much sealed, I was going to become an actor. And from the age of 18 onwards I got my first XLR mic and scavenged the internet for acting workshops like Michael Schwalbe’s Extreme Vocals for Extreme Roles so that I can bring all 200% of my energy to every role whether it be video game or animation or taking vocal coaching with Velvet voices very own Tommy Ellis to make sure I can sound clear, precise and professional for any Commercial, Elearning or Corporate project or even being an on-camera background actor in some of my favourite TV shows, all to learn the skills and life experience needed to develop my dynamic, energetic, voice to become the actor I was meant to be. And that is why you can’t shut me up.
